Our Crystal Colors are derived from a unique patented process which converts the all natural liquid color into a highly concentrated crystalline form. This makes our natural colours highly soluble and stable across food processing temperature ranges and light exposure. The resulting crystals have a stable shelf life of up to 5 years at ambient room temperatures, use 1/5th the storage space compared to liquid colors, and do not require refrigeration during shipping or storage.
